RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If the Buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights (a person who purchases a product for a purpose that is not related to his economic or professional activity), then the Buyer can use the right of refusal without justification if the goods have not been used and the original packaging has not been opened. In such a case, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on distance contracts", the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods/goods. If you have missing or incorrect products, as well as if you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and the product must be returned unused. Signs of use can be as much as one use. If you report problems after this period, we will not be able to fix them.
Please note that our lashes and other products are handmade, so any individual product may be slightly different.
